Diet and exercise is just NOT enough anymore!



I'm reflecting on the past few months as I move towards my 50th birthday!  Wow!  How did I get here??  Well, it wasn't easy and it certainly doesn't come naturally or by great genetics 😁

I've had people tell me, "you look so young that it's annoying!" or "thank your momma for those genes".  And I appreciate all of the compliments, truly!  But it doesn't happen without some work, and I'm not talking about a regular visit to your cosmetic doctor or getting botox... I'm talking about living a healthy lifestyle!

You MUST eat well and exercise on a regular basis, however this only takes you so far and then you have to bring in some BIG GUNS!  I'm talking about biohacking your aging code and activating your body to act like it's 20 years old again!  Imagine that?  Acting and functioning like 20 years old at the cellular level?  Of course I'm very happy that I have the wisdom of a 50 year old 😉

By doing so, I've positively affected my insides as well as my outside to feel and look younger.. Not to mention that I do workout almost everyday and recover much faster than my peers.... here are my biohacking anti-aging secrets
